Instructions
Step 1
Cut all the veg into small pieces and place in a soup maker.
Step 2
Add the lentils and stock.
Step 3
Add 1/3rd of the Ham/Gammon (reserving 2/3rds to add at the end
Step 4
Give it a good stir, make sure liquid is at the max level.
Step 5
Put the soup maker on chunky and leave to cook.
Step 6
When it has finished cooking give it a quick blend then add the rest of the gammon and stir
