Flat Top Sausage w/ Peppers

Step 1

Slice onions and peppers add olive oil and seasoning

Step 2

Preheat flat top

Step 3

Put some olive oil on flat top before placing sausage on

Step 4

Add Italian sausage and season with Greek seasoning and olive oil

Step 5

Top with seasoned sliced onions and peppers

Step 6

Cook on low to medium heat for about 30min or until sausage is fully cooked

Step 7

Occasionally remove peppers and onions from on top of the sausage to turn sausage then place peppers and onions back on

Step 8

Once sausage is fully cooked then finish sautéing peppers and onions on flat top

Step 9

Then toast buns on flat top
