½ cupolive oil

½ teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Step 1
Make dressing: combine rice vinegar, olive oil, sugar, and garlic powder in a pan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cool. Pour dressing over bean mixture, toss.
Step 2
Mix everything else in a large bowl. Toss with dressing.
