Step 1
- Chop potatoes into 2cm cubes, coat in chilli olive oil, salt pepper and oregano and air fry for 15 minutes - add veg and garlic and continue cooking for 10mins
-add chorizo and cook for another 5 mins
-Griddle the halloumi -once veg cooked stir in pesto -serve veg and put halloumi on top
