Instructions
Step 1
Slice the end off the garlic bulbs, add oil and S&P. Wrap in foil
Step 2
Place garlic and tomatoes in pan. Season with oil and S&P
Step 3
Cook for 25 minutes at 200 C
Step 4
Chop up onion, chorizo and chicken. Add to pain with chilli flakes and oregano till browning
Step 5
Add veg and fry till cooked
Step 6
Remove tomatoes from oven and put garlic back in for 25 minutes
Step 7
Add cooked tomatoes and canned tomatoes to mix
Step 8
add sour cream and ladle of pasta water
Step 9
Scoop out garlic from bulbs and add to sauce
Step 10
Add parsley and cheese then stir. Add in spaghetti
