Instructions
Step 1
Season 5 or 6 chicken thighs with salt, pepper and no salt seasoning. Heat oil in pan and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on a side.
Step 2
Add vegetables to pan and place chicken on top of vegetables. Add broth so that veggies are mostly covered. Cook in oven at 425° until veggies are tender (~40 minutes).
Step 3
Once removed from oven, mix in corn starch to thicken and serve.
