Instructions

Step 1
1. Boil pasta according to package instructions

2. Cook garlic in olive oil for about 2-3 minutes! Do not let it burn!!

3. Add parsley and white wine and simmer until all liquid evaporates

4. Add in mussels and heavy cream and simmer
