Step 1
In a plastic bowl put 2 eggs and a cup of milk. Use a mixer to mix it.

Then, add a pinch of salt and flour and mix until you get a nice texture. If its too dry or hard to mix add water. If its too watery, add alittle more flour. Mix until you get a good texture.

In a frying pan, put a teaspoon of cooking oil. Preheat it before fring pancaces on a small heat.

Use a ladle to put the mixture in a pan. Move it in acircular motion so that it spreads equally across the pan. 1 full ladle should be one pancake.

Cook it on a small heat for about 1-2 min depending on the heat. Use a spatula to turn it around. When you see the pancake brown take it out.

In every pancake put few slices of cheese and ham. Roll it up.
Step 7
Roll every pancake in flour and then eggs and then breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Fry them on the medium heat. Serve them with sauce.
