Instructions
Step 1
first, in a pot put two cups of water together with your spices and mix, bring to a boil.











Step 2
season your shredded meat with garlic paste and lemon and put it to cook in your pot. bring the heat to a medium.



Step 3
while the meat cooks add to a bowl the ingredients for the tortilla and mix. once done shape the dough into tortillas and cook on a skillet.





Step 4
once the meat is cooked set it on a cutting board. turn off the heat to your pot and make sure to keep remaining water. on the cutting board pull the meat apart and put away on a bowl.




Step 5
on a cutting board chop the ingredients for pico de gallo and mix together. add lemon zest, set on small bowl.







Step 6
take tortillas and dip them in the condimented water that remained on the pot, fry them on a skillet and set apart on a plate. put any remaining water in a bowl.




Step 7
on a cutting board grate cheese, preferably mil cheese and put into a bowl. set bowl apart.


Step 8
assemble the table with desired utensils. In each plate set a tortilla and spread some a table spoon of cream onto it. add meat and pico de gallo. you may dip your "taco" in the sauce on your bowl if desired.
