Instructions
Step 1
It works easily with Green Beans, Asparagus, Kale or even Spinach. I choose one bundle/clump or handful of the fresh veggie, rinse it off and pat dry with a towel.
Step 2
Heat oven to 350degrees.
Step 3
Spread veggie on a cookie tray/baking sheet. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil, just a little amount, stir it up/flip them around to coat.
Step 4
Then top with a heaping tablespoon of garlic (either cut up fresh yourself, or a scoop from jarred garlic in olive oil), spread over veggies.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Black Pepper and Hilyulmalayan Sea Salt.
Step 6
Bake for about 15-20 mins or until lightly bubbling/browned.
Step 7
Enjoy right away, hot. Great as a snack, main or side dish
