Step 1
Season fish with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a 10inch skillet over medium. Add fish and cook 4-6 minutes for every 1/2inch thickness, or until flaky and slightly browned. Flip once halfway through.
Step 2
Meanwhile for salsa, combine cucumber, orange slices, red onion, and seasoning blend. Serve over fish.
