Butter Chicken Curry w/ veggies

Cut the chicken and veggies however you like, serving size is based on cups and this goes great over steamed jasmine rice or a basmati rice pilaf. Makes about 2 quarts worth of space (liquid takes up a bit) so suggest to cook in a 4 quart pot!

Instructions

Step 1
Brown outside of chicken in oil
Step 2
Add Simmer Sauce, milk, cream and potatoes. Bring to a boil while stirring and then simmer with lid for 16 minutes.
Step 3
Add onion and continue to Simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes soften.
Step 4
Add listed spices to taste. Enjoy!
