1 cupgreen bell peppers
chopped

1 cupyellow onions
chopped

3 clovesgarlic
chopped

1 cupcelery
chopped

½ cupbanana peppers
chopped

½ cupred bell peppers
chopped

2 lbsground beef

0.25 linkchouriço

1dark beer

½ tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper

1 x 6 ozcan of tomato paste

1 ½ Tbspchili powder

1 ½ tspcumin

1 x 14.5 ozcan tomatoes

2bay leaves

½ cuphot sauce

1 Tbspred pepper jelly

2 cupswater

1 x 15.5 ozcan pink beans

1 x 15.5 ozcan black beans

1 x 15.5 ozcan kidney beans

1cinnamon stick

1 bunchparsley
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Cut up green bell peppers, yellow onion, garlic, celery, banana peppers and red peppers. Put aside. Chop chouriço. Put aside. Heat up pan with corn oil, add ground beef and cook until brown. Remove from pot and drain. Add veggies to a slow cooker. Add salt, pepper, chouriço, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, canned tomatoes and bay leaves. Mix. Add hot sauce, red pepper jelly and 2 cups of water. Bring to a simmer. Add chopped parsley, pink beans, kidney beans and black beans and cinnamon.
