Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a loaf tin

In a blender combine eggs, banana, applesauce, carrots, spinach, kale, maple syrup/honey, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mix into a bowl with flour, brans, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cacao powder, and cinnamon.
