Step 1
Put porridge oats in a large pan. Add coconut drink and water, stir well, then put over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously, until thick and creamy.
Step 2
Meanwhile, toast the coconut flakes in a dry, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat for 1 minute until golden and fragrant.
Step 3
Divide the porridge between 4 bowls and top with mango, the pulp of the passion fruits and the coconut flakes.
