4 servings

1.5 blocksfirm tofu
dried and pressed to squeeze out the water

4 tbspscornstarch
to coat tofu

1 tspginger
diced

1 Tbspgarlic
diced

3dried chili pepper
with seeds removed

¼ cupcashews

1red bell pepper
cut into triangular bite sized pieces
1green spicy chili pepper
cut the same way as the bell pepper

8 stalkscelery
Chinese, cut into 1 inch sections

2 tbspssoy sauce

1 Tbspdark soy sauce

2 Tbsprice vinegar

1 tspsugar
or honey

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspcornstarch

¼ cupwater
