Step 1
Discard the aquafaba of two of the chickpea cans and add to a blender with the third can. Add the tahini, the lemon juice, and all spices and mix on slow for 30 seconds. When all ingredients are roughly mixed, turn the blender to high and mix for 2-5 minutes until the hummus is super creamy. It's a little liquidy, but will set in the fridge.
