Instructions

Step 1
Saute chopped carrots on low with olive oils for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add rinsed garbanzo beans, stir and said another 5 minutes. Add onions, celery and garlic. Saute another 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, V8 juice, beef broth and bring to rolling boil. Turn to md-low.
Step 2
Add cabbage. Simmer 7 minutes.
Step 3
Add zucchini and squash. Simmer 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add juice 1 large lemon and 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar.
Step 5
Add 6 cups chicken broth.
Step 6
Add 1 can green beans drained.
Step 7
Add 1 can tomato sauce.
Step 8
Add all seasonings and simmer for at least 45 minutes.
