125gkangaroo mince
0.25red onion
1 tspcumin
1 tsprosemary
½ tspgarlic
minced
1 Tbspgreek yoghurt
1 Tbspbreadcrumbs

¼ cupred cabbage
thinly sliced
0.5carrot
grated
1 tspsesame oil
½ tspgarlic
minced
1 tspcoriander
1 tsplime juice
2 Tbsppeanut butter
1 ½ TbspGreek yoghurt
1 tsplemon juice
1 tspsoy sauce
sriracha
optional
2slices wholemeal bread
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare slaw: In a small bowl mix red cabbage, carrot, sesame oil, minced garlic, coriander and lime juice until combined.
Step 2
To make satay sauce: Mix together peanut butter, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, soy sauce and sriracha (if using) until smooth.
Step 3
To make burger: In a mixing bowl, combine mince, red onion, Greek yoghurt, breadcrumbs, ground cumin and rosemary until fully combined. Form into a burger patty. Heat some olive oil on a medium-hot frying pan and cook the patty for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, as desired.
Step 4
To assemble the burger: Spread satay sauce over one of the bread slices. Pile slaw on top of the sauced bread slice. Top this with the cooked burger patty. Slice in half if desired and serve.
