Porcini & Truffle Butter Toast with King Oyster Mushrooms and Burrata

Ingredients

4 ozunsalted butter
room temperature

½ cupdried porcini mushrooms

1 ½ tspwhite truffle salt

4 ozburrata
balls

black pepper
to taste

ciabatta bread
I used 4 and had a little leftover butter, you can store it in the fridge

basil
to taste

6king oyster mushrooms
sliced in three and scored

1garlic clove

truffle oil
or olive oil to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Place your porcini mushrooms in a food processor until they’re a fine powder.
Step 2
Add the porcini powder to the butter along with the truffle salt and mix.
Step 3
Sautée the mushrooms score side down with a bit of the truffle butter & olive oil in a preheated pan on high for about 5 min or until golden. Salt once you remove from the pan.
Step 4
Add some truffle or olive oil to your bread with salt and pepper. Toast in a pan until golden.
Step 5
Rub garlic on your toast, some of the butter while its . The king oyster mushrooms, basil and burrata.
