Instructions
Step 1
For the pasta, put water to cook with salt.
Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter in the olive oil.
Step 3
Chop the garlic cloves and onion and cook them in the butter and olive oil. 3mins on medium heat.
Step 4
Put tagliatelle in the water.
Step 5
Add the scampi in the oil and sauté for about 3mins.
Step 6
Add the pasta water, tomato pulp and cream, then stir until you have an a homogeneous sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Add rinsed pasta to the sauce and you're ready to eat. You can top with parsley if you like. Bon appétit !
