Breakfast casserole

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°

Fry the hash browns in a sautée pan in 2 tbsp oil according to package directions for extra crispy hash browns or just pour in-as is
Step 3
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray
Step 4
Add hash browns to the bottom of the casserole dish
Step 5
Mix together eggs, milk or cream, and S&P to taste. Pour that over the hashbowns. Add the ham or other breakfast meat you prefer , like crumbled Bacon, sausage, ground beef, etc.
Step 6
add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top. cover & bake 350° for 45 minutes
