Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Step 2
Dice the onion and add to the skillet.
Step 3
Sauté for 3 minutes, until the onion starts to become translucent.
Step 4
Add the beef, breaking it up, and cook until well browned, about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the curry powder, salt, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and garlic powder.
Step 6
Drain the tomatoes, peel and dice the sweet potatoes, and trim the green beans, then add all

to the skillet.
Step 8
Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
Step 9
Cover the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes have softened.
Step 10
Check after 10 minutes and add a couple of tablespoons of broth if needed.

Serve warm and enjoy!
