Crunchy camembert
Step 1
Crack the egg into a flat plate and whisk. To another flat plate add the panko.
Step 2
First dip the camembert in the egg. Make sure it's covered everywhere. Then dip it in the panko.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high and add the camembert. Fry for about 7min.

Step 4
Put the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then knead well

Form the meat into 2 balls. The balls then press flat with your hand and shape it

Heat the oil in the pan. Over medium heat, add the meat and sear for 2-3min per side.

Cut the bread in half. Toast until golden brown.

Spread the bottom bread half with the mayonnaise. Place the salad on top.
Step 9
Then place on patty on top. Spread with half strawberry jam.
Step 10
Now place the camembert on top. Again spread with strawberry jam.
Step 11
Finish with the other patty.
Step 12
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
