Instructions
Step 1
cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
In a pan, cook the garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the sun-dried tomatoes (cut into thin slices) and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the spinach and cook until they wilt and are well combined with the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, and pasta water to the pan, and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Step 5
It's ready ! Salt and pepper to taste. Bon appétit !
