2.25 lbslean beef mince
1 cupred wine
2 x 15 ozchopped tomatoes cans
3 Tbsptomato paste
2red chilis
thinly sliced
3 tspred chili flakes
1 tspground cumin
1 tspground coriander
1cinnamon stick
2 shakesWorcestershire sauce
1beef stock cube
salt
pepper
kidney beans cans
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion and garlic in oil until softened
Step 2
Increase heat and add minced beef, cook until brown. Break chunks with wooden spoon and spoon off fat
Step 3
Pour in red wine, let boil 2-3 minutes
Step 4
Add everything but the beans to a crock pot and cook 4 hours (1 hour covered stove top)
Step 5
Add beans 1 hour before serving (10 minutes stove top)
