Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion & peppers.
Step 2
Sautés in olive oil or coconut oil to softened.
Step 3
Add 1/2 pack of taco mix to veggies & mix
Step 4
Add ground turkey to pan of veggies. Break up turkey. Add rest of taco seasoning to ground turkey.
Step 5
Stir and break up meat and veggies till turkey is nearly done.
Step 6
Add salsa. Add kidney beans. Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of water (depending on how soupy you like your chilli)
Step 7
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 8
Uncover and simmer 10 minutes.
Step 9
Add some tomato paste or tomatoes to thicken up
