Instructions
Step 1
Tavuk göğüsler küp küp doğrayın.
Step 2
Marinasyon için olan malzemeleri derin kapta karıştırın ve tavukları ekleyin. (Kajuya kadar olan kısım)
Step 3
Marinasyon sosunda en az 2 saat hatta mümkünse 1 gece önceden dolapta marine olmasını sağla.
Step 4
Kaju ve sutu karistir 2 saat beklet.
Step 5
220 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında tavukları 25 ile 30 dakika arası pişir.
Step 6
Sosu mümkünse wok tavada hazırlayalım.
Step 7
2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı tavaya koyulur ve üzerine kimyon defne yaprağı ve tarçın eklenir.
Step 8
2 soğan küp küp doğranarak tavada 7 dakika pşiirilir.
Step 9
2 sarımsak ve 1 cay kaşığı zencefil eklenerek 1 dakika daha pişirilir.
Step 10
3 domatesin kabukları soyulur ve küp küp doğranır tavaya eklenir ve 15 dakika pisirilir.
Step 11
Sosumuz koyulaşmaya başlar ve 4 kaşık domates salçası ve 1 kaşık acı biber salçası eklenir.
Step 12
Kalan baharatlar da sosa eklenir.
Step 13
Sos karışımı ve kajulu süt blenderda cekilir.
Step 14
Sos tekrar tavaya alınır.
Step 15
Fırından çıkan tavuklar sosa eklenir ve 10-15 dakika sosla pişirilmeye devam edilir.
Step 16
Pilav ve maydanoz eklenerek servis edilir.
