Step 1
Chop onions, Bell peppers and chilli's

Chop chicken into medium size chunks

In a pot put a little oil and fry onions. when starting to soften add the bell peppers, chilli peppers and any other veg you be adding

Add the chopped chicken, fry until chicken is golden on the outside.

Now add half a tin of tomatoes or a large plob of tomato puree

Now add the curry paste or powder and a little water just enough to loosen it. Cook for 15 minutes

Now add the fresh chilli, if you are putting any in, this is a good time to check if it is spicy enough, if not add a little chili powder, no more than a quarter of a tea spoon.

Cook for a further 15 minutes.

Add coconut cream, if you don't have coconut cream add half the amount of milk.
Step 10
Cook for a further 5 minutes.
Step 11
If at this stage it is still a little runny add a few chicken gravy granules and a little more tomato puree

Cook for a further five minute

Taste and serve
