Instructions
Step 1
Coat Crockpot with nonstick spray. Add rice, beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic, pepper, chili powder, ricotta cheese, & water to Crockpot. Cook low for 4 hours or until rice is tender.
Step 2
Stir in shredded cheese and cilantro. Warm tortillas place 1 cup filling in tortilla and too with salsa.
