Ingredients

4stalks celery
cut into 2" pieces

2bok choy
sliced in half

6asparagus spears
cut into 2" pieces

2whole artichokes
cut in half

1 bunchparsley

1 bunchcilantro

3carrots
cut into 2" pieces

1onion
large, cut in 1/2

4garlic cloves
cut in 1/2

2 cupsleafy greens
dandelion, beet greens, Swiss chard, spinach leaves

2sweet potatoes
un-peeled and cut in quarters

2beets
large, cut into quarters

1lemon
zest and then cut in 1/2

2 tspHimalayan sea salt

¼ tspcayenne pepper

¼ tspturmeric powder
Instructions
Step 1
All veggies, lemon, herbs, and spices should be organic. Put all ingredients in a large, stainless steel pot and cover with pure filtered water. Bring to a boil then simmer with cover on until broth has a rich flavor (approx. 2--3 hrs.). Strain and discard ingredients. Check seasoning and add more if necessary. Drink hot or cold. Store in glass jars. Refrigerate enough for three days and freeze the rest and defrost as needed.
