Crack the 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk it

Put two looves of bread on a plate and put half and half of the eggs on each loaf

Then put at least 5 pieces of the Spinach on the looves

Then put the cheese on one side of bread and put Mustard on it

Put the looves together and add toothpicks on both if you want
