Ingredients

1 Tbspginger garlic paste

1 tspred chili powder

1 tspcayenne powder

1 tspgaram masala

1 tspground coriander

0.5fresh lemon juice

½ cupyogurt

salt
to taste

1onion
large, chopped, roughly

2tomatoes
medium-size, chopped, or a can of diced tomato

½ cupcashews

1 Tbspginger garlic paste

1 cupheavy cream

1 tspred chili

salt
to taste

1 tspcumin powder

1 tspcoriander powder

1 tspgaram masala

ghee
or butter
Instructions
Step 1
on a pan add butter or ghee then add the marinated chicken ( you want to cook the chicken 80% through not fully cooked )
Step 2
then remove the chicken from the heat & keep it aside
Step 3
in the same pan add in little butter or ghee add the onion and let it turn translucent then add ginger garlic paste cook until golden brown
Step 4
then add the tomatoes ( 1 canned tomato), and all spices: cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt to taste mix well
Step 5
add in cashews and mix then add in the heavy cream & mix and blend
Step 6
next, add the chicken to the sauce and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
Step 7
Finish off with some fenugreek leaf and little heavy cream enjoy!
