Instructions
Step 1
Add kosher salt to 4.5 -5 cups warm water. Stir.
Step 2
Add pasta. Ensure all pasta is submerged. Soak for 45 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Soften cream cheese.
Step 4
Add Italian seasoning to cream cheese. Stir. Optional, add some heavy cream to thin.
Step 5
Combine pasta sauce, 3/4 of cream cheese mixture and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Step 6
Add sauce to drained pasta. Stir.
Step 7
Pour mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
Step 8
Dot the rest of the cooking creme (or cream cheese) evenly over the pasta then sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella evenly all over the top.
Step 9
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Step 10
Broil on Lo for 1-2 minutes to get slight Browning on cheese.
Step 11
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
