Step 1
Butterfly te chicken
Step 2
Spice the chicken both sides with any spices you want

Add oil and the oil of sundried tomatoes to a pan, and cook the chicken till both sides get a nice colour

Remove the chicken. Add chopped onion and garlic to the same oil and fry
Step 5
Add about a cup of white wine to the onion mix
Step 6
Add peppers, cherry tomatoes, and peas and corn and mix
Step 7
Add cream and any spices to your liking
Step 8
Add the chicken to the mix, and cover with a “deksel” and let the chicken cook in the sauce for a few minutes
