If you haven't tried bulgur wheat before I recommend. If you're not a fan of course choose a different grain. If you're looking for a flavorful dish to keep you satisfied, this is the one.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F and cook bacon for 3 minutes on both sides. Chop afterwards.

Prepare vegetables to your liking, raw, roasted or steamed with seasoning.
Step 3
Cook bulgur wheat on the stove top or in an instant pot with black beans.
Step 4
Roast garlic before adding Bulgur. Add in black beans with liquid, and water. Than add seasoning and let simmer. 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Grate carrots and mix everything into a bowl with mayonnaise, raisins yogurt.
Step 6
Serve bulgur on the side with salad, and enjoy!
