Ingredients

14 slicesbacon
2 headsbroccoli
chopped into pieces
2 cupscorn
fresh or frozen
1sweet onion
medium, slide
½ cupraisins
2carrots
large, sliced or chopped
1 cupgreek yogurt plain
½ cupmayonnaise
½ cupcheese
grated
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
2 tspgarlic powder
1 tspred pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F and cook bacon for 3 minutes on both sides. Chop afterwards.

Prepare vegetables to your liking, raw, roasted or steamed with seasoning.
Step 3
Cook bulgur wheat on the stove top or in an instant pot with black beans.
Step 4
Roast garlic before adding Bulgur. Add in black beans with liquid, and water. Than add seasoning and let simmer. 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Grate carrots and mix everything into a bowl with mayonnaise, raisins yogurt.
Step 6
Serve bulgur on the side with salad, and enjoy!
