1 tspchicken bouillon powder

½ tspgarlic powder

¼ tspcayenne pepper

1 cupcavatappi pasta
boiled until al dente

0.5onion
sliced

2sun dried tomatoes

1 Tbspchili pepper paste
roasted

3garlic gloves
minced

1 ½ cuphalf & half
with one Tbsp of AP flour, whisked in

Chicken bouillon powder

Parmesan reggiano
as needed

1 Tbspunsalted butter

1 Tbspsour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken thigh with the seasoning listed below; then over medium in large pan or pot. Add the oil, once hot add the chicken thigh and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked


Step 2
Remove the chicken. Lowe heat to medium low then the following ingredients 👇🏿


Step 3
Once it get fragrant, slowly pour in the half & half and flour mixture while stirring constantly.
Step 4
Once it begins to thicken, season with listed spices then add the cheese, butter and sour cream . Add the Cavatappi noodles and mix until well incorporated.




Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy !
