For the tuna
4 ozyellowfin tuna steak
1 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbspevoo
cayenne pepper
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions
Step 2
Slice radishes and onions and add to vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to pickle while you cook. Chili flakes for extra spice
Step 3
Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, evoo, salt, pepper, cayenne and set aside a small amount to drizzle at the end. Add in tuna and allow to marinate for 10 mins (longer if desired)
Step 4
Sear the tuna about 1-2 mins per side on medium heat. This will depend on how hot your stove gets so keep a close eye.
Step 5
To a bowl add your rice, slice and layer on your tuna and toppings. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Drizzle the marinade you set aside and Sriracha if desired
