Instructions
Step 1
Mix milk and vinegar and let sit a couple minutes
Step 2
Blend until smooth milk/vinegar mixture, egg, banana, vanilla, and spinach
Step 3
In separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients well
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well
Step 5
Heat griddle to approximately 325 degrees
Step 6
Spray oil on the griddle and then make 2 tablespoon sized pancakes, add blueberries or chocolate chips and flip when lots of bubbles and make sure well done
