1 tablespoondate syrup
⅓ cupcoconut yogurt
1 cupfresh spinach
1 cupfresh kale
2 cupsfrozen berry blend
1 tablespoonraisins
1 tablespoondried black currants
1 tablespoonwhole flax seed
1 tablespoonchia seed

Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in vitamix blender and blend on highest speed until smooth. Divide into 3 portions and drink one a half hour before workout, one during workout and one a half hour after workout.
