Ingredients

1can sliced peaches in syrup
undrained

½ cupgreen onions
chopped

½ cupred bell pepper
chopped

½ cupgreen bell pepper
chopped

½ cupcelery
chopped

⅓ cupvegetable broth

¼ cuplight soy sauce

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar

2 Tbspdark sesame oil

1 teaspoonred pepper flakes

2 Tbspcornstarch

¼ cupwater

6 ozsnow peas

1 poundshrimp
medium

1 cupcherry tomatoes
sliced into halves

½ cuptoasted walnuts

Instructions
Step 1
place peaches, green onions, bell peppers, celery, broth, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and red pepper flakes into your crockpot
Step 2
cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or for 2 to 3 on HIGH, stirring occasionally

Step 3
whisk cornstarch and water in a small bowl, mix into crockpot and add snow peas. Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.


Step 4
Add shrimp, tomatoes and walnuts (optional). cook for another 20 to 30 mins or until shrimp has turned pink and are hot.
