Ingredients
4 servings
300gKielbasa
or any smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch coins
625gfrozen pierogies
1onion
peeled, and sliced
3 clovesgarlic
peeled and roughly chopped
4 tablespoonolive oil
plus more if needed
salt
to taste
pepper
2 tspthyme
2 tspsmoked paprika

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover large baking sheet with parchment.
Step 2
Place the veggies and pierogies onto the sheetpan.
Step 3
Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, and spices in a small bowl and then pour over the pierogies and vegetables. Toss gently to combine, then spread into an even layer
Step 4
Add the sausage to the pan.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes flipping everything halfway through. Serve immediately hot out the oven with sour cream, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon.
