Instructions

Step 1
1) Take the lamb chops out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for around 30 minutes. Then, gently pound them.
Step 2
2) Prepare the marinade by mixing the ingredients together until they form a paste.
Step 3
3) Coat the lamb chops evenly with the marinade. The paste should be just enough to complement the flavour of the lamb chops.
Step 4
4) Place the lamb chops in the refrigerator and let them marinate overnight. This will make it more tender!
Step 5
5) Preheat your broiler to medium heat, which is typically around 450°F in some ovens.
Step 6
6) If your oven doesn't have a broiler function, set it to the highest temperature.
Step 7
7) Place the lamb chops in the broiler and cook for a total of 10-12 minutes, depending on how you prefer your lamb chops. Flip them over after 6-7 minutes.
Step 8
8) Once cooked, use the juices from the tray to baste the lamb chops.
Step 9
9) Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish them with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
