Instructions

Step 1
For the cheese filling: mix ricotta, 1 egg, drizzle of olive oil, parmesan & mozzarella, basil, oregano, onion powder, white pepper, pinch black pepper
Step 2
Boil shells very al dente but flexible because you'll finish cooking in the oven
Step 3
Fill pan with sauce (could be watered down, or do that after), then stuff ricotta in shells w tea spoon (or pastry bag or ziploc with hole to be fancy). Put more sauce on top, adding water to sauce jar now if you didn't earlier-not sure it matters but later makes it not slippery
Step 4
Into oven at 375- cover w foil w small steam hole
Step 5
Once it's semi-cooked, take foil off & sprinkle mozzarella on top, put back in
