Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F
Step 2
Check the Salmon has all bones removed and remove any if needed
Step 3
Place Salmon in a large piece of foil (enough to cover later)
Step 4
Squeeze over the lemon juice, sprinkle with chives and top with black pepper
Step 5
Cover the Salmon with foil and secure on top.
Step 6
Bake for 10minutes or until cooked or how you like it
Step 7
Steam your vegetables and top with black pepper and olive oil
Step 8
Serve with cleanse salad
