Sauté chopped onion, mushrooms, bell peppers over medium in a medium sauce pan. In small bowl cover the TVP with boiling water and mix in all dry seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, dried chipotle chili, and salt. Set aside Add diced tomato, minced fresh garlic, tomato paste and white wine to sauce pan. Continue cooking over medium, scraping the bottom as you. Add drained kidney beans and fill the empty can with water, adding that to the pan as well. Add liquid smoke, frozen corn, TVP, and nutritional yeast. Simmer until chili thickens, stirring frequently. Add oregano and garnish however you like!
