Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190C, fan 170C, gas mark 5.

Grease and line a 35cm x23cm baking tin.
Step 3
Spoon the milk, maple syrup and peanut butter into a saucepan. Set over a medium heat and cook gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bubbling.
Step 4
Meanwhile, tip the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl. Pour the hot syrup mixture onto the oats and stir well until they are totally coated.
Step 5
Tip into the lined baking tray and press down firmly with the back of a spoon until smooth.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before cutting into 24 bars.
Step 7
Allow to cool totally before decanting. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
