Beef Broccolini Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 servings
⅔ cupbasmati rice
raw
1 tablespoonolive oil extra virgin
300gbeef steak
porterhouse, thinly sliced
2garlic
finely chopped
2 tablespoontamari
or soy sauce
1.33 bunchbroccolini
baby broccoli, tough ends discarded, roughly chopped
1 tablespoonginger
fresh, grated
1chilli
red, thinly sliced, plus extra to serve
2 sprigspring onion
thinly sliced, plus extra to serve
1 tablespoonsesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cook basmati according to packet instructions.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat, add beef and stir-fry until browned, stir through garlic and half the tamari.
Step 3
Add broccolini and stir-fry until just tender, adding ginger and chilli toward the end of cooking.
Step 4
Add rice to wok and stir-fry, keeping the rice moving to prevent it sticking. Add remaining tamari, spring onion and sesame oil and stir-fry to combine. Season to taste and serve hot.
