Fluffy gluten free pancakes

These are so easy to make and delicious. With these ingredients I get 4 small pancakes if I want to double the recipe I only double the almond flour and the flaxseed meal. The rest remains. After 8 pancakes I put more banana and another egg.

In a bowl mix the flour and the flaxseed meal.

In a blender put the rest of the ingredients. Put the liquid ingredients into the bowl and mix well.

Step 3
In a frying pan put the coconut oil if needed and then grab 3 tbsp of the mixture and put it in the pan. Let if fry for 2 min and then turn it over for another 2 min. The time and temperature depends on the stove and frying pan.
