while your rice boils, preheat your pan on med-high. finely dice your onions and get all your ingredients and spices out and ready to begin

add the oil to the pan and put in your vegetables to start panfrying them. continue to stir it as to make sure it doesnt burn. add 1tbsp soy sauce to your vegetables

now that your rice is done, add it to the pan and mix everything around. add the egg, soy sauce and spices and mix around until the rice has a more dense feel.
